The ISU STEPS Dance Troupe once again showcased its talent and artistry as it performed during the 38th Founding Anniversary of the Cauayan City Water District, held at the prestigious Isabela Convention Center
The performance became one of the memorable highlights of the anniversary program, earning applause and appreciation from the audience. Through this opportunity, the STEPS Dance Troupe not only represented Isabela State University but also demonstrated the power of dance in bringing people together and adding color to meaningful community celebrations.
